AI & automation
AI that takes the busywork off your team's plate.
We automate data entry, document handling and routine requests with the right model for each job, and a person approves anything that matters. We start with one process and prove it pays off before we expand.
Why most AI projects stall
The top reason small businesses hold off on AI is worry about data privacy and security, followed by fear of mistakes. Cost ranks lower. Most AI pilots also fail to show a measurable return, because they start with a tool instead of a problem.
We fix both. We use business-grade AI services that don't train on your data, connect them only to the systems a task needs, and protect them with the same security tools we use on everything else. And we start with one process, measure how long it takes today, and prove the improvement before going further.

Tax documents, from scan to tax software without retyping.
Keying in a client's tax documents by hand took our staff an hour per client. Our document automation reads each form, enters the data and files the original in 45 to 60 seconds. A person reviews every field the system flags.
Measured in our own operation.
Built and running here first
These systems run our own operation today. Client projects use the same building blocks.
AI operations center
Watches cloud servers, virtual desktops, networks, firewalls, sign-ins and security alerts in one place.
- Opens tickets on its own when something breaks
- Reviews all the evidence twice a day and flags patterns a person should look at
- Changes nothing without a named person approving the exact change
Document automation
Reads forms and paperwork, pulls out each field and enters it into your business software. Built first for tax forms; the same approach works for invoices, applications and intake packets.
Business briefing assistant
Ask it about a client, project or vendor and it pulls together recent email, meetings, Teams messages and files into one brief.
- Only uses what the person asking is allowed to see
- Shows where every fact came from
- Also books client appointments and checks availability
AI service desk
AI assistants connected directly to our ticketing system. They find similar past problems, summarize history, draft notes and update tickets.
- Shows the exact change and waits for a yes
- Never guesses who a customer or site is
The right model for each job
We aren't tied to one AI vendor. We match the tool to the work, and switch when something better or cheaper comes along.
- Claude for reasoning, writing and agents that work inside business systems
- OpenAI models for coding and general assistants
- Azure AI Document Intelligence for reading forms, invoices and scanned paperwork
- Microsoft 365 Copilot when your team lives in Outlook, Teams and Word
What AI can do for your business
We start with the work your team copies, pastes, looks up and re-types every week.
Accounting and tax
Tax document intake, client briefs before meetings, engagement letter drafts, deadline tracking.
Banking and credit unions
Member-service answers from your own policies, loan document checklists, faster internal requests.
Construction and industrial
Certified payroll prep, job-cost reporting, turning field paperwork into data.
Medical and veterinary
Front-desk scheduling help, intake forms into your system, answering common staff questions.
Professional services
Document search across years of files, meeting summaries, first drafts of routine letters.
Any office
Inbox triage, reporting dashboards, onboarding checklists, and AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT or Copilot set up for your business.
How we keep AI safe
We set up security before AI touches any of your data.
- Business-grade AI services that don't train on your data, in your own accounts where possible
- Respects the file and mailbox permissions you already have
- Every action is logged, and a person approves anything that matters
- A clear policy for which AI tools staff may use, with controls for the ones they shouldn't
- Covered by the same Huntress and Microsoft Defender security stack as the rest of your systems
How we start
Assess
Two weeks. We find the processes worth automating and check your data and security are ready.
Pilot
We build one workflow with a small group, using your real work.
Measure
We compare the time and errors before and after, with numbers you can check.
Expand or stop
If it pays off, we roll it out. If it doesn't, you stop, and the pilot is the only cost.
Clear starting prices
You'll know the cost before work begins. Final scope is confirmed in writing. AI projects are available whether or not we manage your IT.
| Service | What you get | Price |
|---|---|---|
| AI Readiness Assessment | Two-week review, written roadmap and a recommended first project. Credited toward your pilot if you go ahead. | $2,500fixed fee |
| AI assistant rollout | Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot: we help you choose, then handle the access review, setup, staff training and a 30-day adoption check-in. Licenses are separate. | From $3,500 |
| AI workflow automation | One workflow built, measured and handed over, with written acceptance criteria. | From $5,000per project |
| AI governance | Acceptable-use policy, controls for unapproved AI tools and a quarterly review. | From $750per month |
Common questions
Will AI see data it shouldn't?
No. We build on the permissions you already have, so the AI can only see what the person using it can see. Sensitive actions need a person's approval, and everything is logged.
Which AI do you use: Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude?
Whichever fits the job. We build with Claude, OpenAI models, Azure AI Document Intelligence and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and we're not tied to any one vendor. We recommend the option that does the work for the lowest cost and show you that cost first.
Where does our data go?
Only to the services a project needs, under business terms that don't allow your data to be used for training. Where we can, those services run in your own Microsoft or cloud accounts. We document exactly what connects to what.
What if the pilot doesn't save time?
Then we tell you, and you stop. We agree on how to measure success before we start, so the result is clear either way.
Who owns what you build?
You do. It runs under your accounts, with documentation you keep.
Do you only work with businesses whose IT you manage?
No. AI projects stand on their own. We'll coordinate with your current IT provider or internal team.
